He was not pushy and totally understood and agreed with my choice over another vehicle available. Even though my husband was there, I was the customer and I was treated with respect and courtesy. There was an issue with the remote not working properly. Jeff ordered one along with the rain shields at no charge. My car was a midyear vehicle and the guards ordered from Ford did not fit. Jeff sent us to an independent installer for the proper fit. The remote had to be programmed by a Chevy dealer. Other than the extra running that had to be done for these corrections, there were no additional charges. We were even able to keep the first set of rain shields. Unfortunately, we still have no use for them. More

Luckily we went further down the road and we were met at Flammer Ford, by Rick, he listened to what we wanted, found a car on their lot that was just what we were looking for. It took no time to agree a price. The contracts, tags and insurance was all done in under an hour, and we drove home happy in our new SUV, and happy we had paid a fair price for a quality used car. They offered me the price that I would have had to fight for with other dealerships. There was no pressure. Every person that we were in contact with at this dealership is friendly and helpful. They take the time to ensure that you are getting the vehicle of your dreams. they make sure that you understand every feature of the vehicle before you drive away. Everything is taken care of - the only thing that we had to do was sign and drive. This was the most pleasurable car purchasing experience that I have ever had.
