Made an appointment and arrived early but they were ready for me. I told them what I wanted and they did exactly what I asked for. We recently purchased a Lincoln from Ford of Columbia and it was a very pleasant experience. We live over an hour away and they made sure that the car was ready to test drive when we got there.
