Saw on net they had traded for newer vehicle like mine with less miles. I had vehicle for ninety days and trouble free. Their offer was 4K trade in for mine and said transmission was bad. Learned two things from this. They are basically interested in one shot business and they knew they sold me an auto with bad transmission. Trans fine and when I trade it will be in Knoxville. More

Repair of problem identified in re-call letter I scheduled an appointment after receiving a re-call letter to have a problem with the rear suspension repaired. The customer/service representative, I scheduled an appointment after receiving a re-call letter to have a problem with the rear suspension repaired. The customer/service representative, Xavier Norman, did an excellent job. He was very friendly and courteous and took my vehicle right in. The repair took less time than expected and we were back on the road within a very reasonable period of time. The overall experience was excellent and the representative we worked with did an excellent job from the time I arrived until the time he checked me out of the service bay. Thank you. More
