I honestly do not recommend purchasing any of their used inventory. We purchased a vehicle in February and put around 3,000 miles on it. We've had it 3 months. My husband noticed an oil leak and we scheduled an appointment asked them to change the oil, rotate the tires, and look at it. We left almost 3 hours later with an estimate for over $10,000 in repairs. Never believe anything you're told while you're on the lot. If you're looking for a vehicle and you have your heart set on a Ford, find a different dealership. Do not service your vehicle in their shop - I truly believe they broke the bolt on the exhaust manifold just to add $3,600 to the estimate for repair. It magically broke off when they pulled it in to the service shop. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. More

Had a 7:30 appointment for a check engine light. Got there as soon as service department opened. Was told they might get to my vehicle by the end of the day that there was seven vehicles ahead of mi Got there as soon as service department opened. Was told they might get to my vehicle by the end of the day that there was seven vehicles ahead of mine just to run the diagnostic test. They don’t have any loaners I would just have to set there all day. I said “that’s why I made an early morning appointment.” He said that’s not how it works and even if they couldn’t run a diagnostic test by the end of the day my it would be next week before they could get to my vehicle. So why make an appointment? Single parent essential healthcare worker that can’t go without an auto. So I will continue to drive with check engine light until I can take more time off from work. Just had my 24 F250 in for an electrical issue. Dealt with Greg in the Service department. I had some hesitation as I had never dealt with this dealer before and I had bought my truck elsewhere.
