Easy going involved salesman John Kowack was very attentive to our concerns when buying my new 2014 f250. He gave us a great bunch of laughs and knew just when to step back or walk away when we had some thinking to do but was never far away. He was super friendly and never pushed any options on me i didnt want or need and pointed out some options on my truck i hadnt noticed. John also took the time to show me all the features on my new truck. With service this great i wish i could buy vehicles more often. I will be back! More

Our third purchase from F.O.L. A used F-350, a used Ford Edge, and finally a new 2015 Expedition; all with salesman Bruce Boutin. Pretty obvious that we are happy dealing with F.O.L A used F-350, a used Ford Edge, and finally a new 2015 Expedition; all with salesman Bruce Boutin. Pretty obvious that we are happy dealing with F.O.L. The "one owner" Edge was a problem child within 24 hours, but Dave Farrand stepped up to the plate and provided costly repairs of three different issues at no charge to us. Customer service like that was not only unexpected but just does not happen at most other dealers. Bruce's goal is for you to leave with a full understanding of all the vehicle features and knowing that he will be there to help with any questions after the sale. Ask for Bruce. Period. Afterwards you will discover that the service dept. is exceptional in every way. More

He was responsive to my questions/concerns and ensured that all of my needs were met. My vehicle was ordered so I could not pick it up immediately. On the day of my delivery, I expected the process to take several hours. However, Londenderry Ford made the process seamless. The paperwork was ready, the truck was shining from bumper to bumper and John and team made it all happen with ease. Couldn't have been a better experience for me. I didn't have to play a bunch of games. I got the truck I wanted at a very fair price and had a great experience throughout. Would absolutely recommend John to anyone looking for a Ford. More

Customer Service At It's Best My Husband and I have purchased 2 vehicles in the past year from Londonderry Ford. Both were sold to us by the same sales rep. The sales rep has been unbelievable with giving us the best service as possible. My Husband was even having an issue with his truck a month ago and he contacted our sales rep and he helped us get resolution. When we decided to purchase our 2015 Fusion, my husband would not go to anyone else but Londonderry Ford to work with our sales rep. We have had positive experience with Ford as a whole and especially our sales rep. More

Old fusion,new fusion I drove a 2006 ford fusion for about a year until it was totaled in an accident. I loved the car and I had heard great things about Londonderry Ford s I drove a 2006 ford fusion for about a year until it was totaled in an accident. I loved the car and I had heard great things about Londonderry Ford so decided to drive over. Looked at a few things but saw a 2012 fusion that caught my attention. Bob Morrissette was with us talking so I asked for the keys. He brought them out i started browsing through the car and then we went on the test drive. Loved this one too so we did the financial stuff everything worked out and I drove it home 2 days after. Bob was great and anyone else I dealt with was awesome. I'm looking forward to keeping my car serviced here as well and any other time I need a car I know where I'll be going. Thank you Bob and thank you Ford of Londonderry! More

We drove a couple of cars and he was patient and answered all our questions. At the end we drove away in a new Fiesta.
