I was approached and treated courteously as soon as I walked in the door. Everyone working there seemed to be enjoying what they were doing and made me feel comfortable right away. After seating me and getting me a cup of hot chocolate, he listened to my needs, my price restrictions, and came up with the car that was right for me. Once my credit was approved, another gentleman took me into a quiet office and helped me with my financing. Jeff then took me to my new car, where he showed me how to operate everything. He gave me his phone number and urged me to call him for any reason, with any issues I may have with the car.
