I recently worked closely with David Rogers to pin-point an issue I had with my Mustang. David suggested a process of careful elimination which corrected the problem. David in depth knowledge and experience made it happen. More
Shady service practices My wife took her Taurus in for an inspection and was told she needed rear brakes soon. She made an appointment and we dropped it off. Receiving a call My wife took her Taurus in for an inspection and was told she needed rear brakes soon. She made an appointment and we dropped it off. Receiving a call she was told the brake cylinder was leaking contaminating the brake shies, total for rear brakes was almost $800. When I talked with the service advisor he said the cylinders leaked and needed to be replaced which costs a lot. I refused service knowing this was over priced. Londonderry Ford changed $89 for looking at the vehicle. Now the horrible part. I took the vehicle to another reputable mechanic and we removed the wheel drums. The car had almost 75% of the brake shows left and no sign of brake fluid leak on either side. Londonderry Ford either lied or are very incompetent. My son in law bought his Ford Fusion at Londonderry Ford and when he reached 30k miles he went in for an oil change and was informed his transmission fluid should be changed, trusting the service advisor he did at about $250. After hearing this I told my son in law to check the service manual, transmission fluid and filter change is recommended at 150k not 30k. Londonderry Ford took prayed on his trust. I am not a certified mechanic but know enough to do the work, these are shady practices. I purchased 2 vehicles including the Taurus from Londonderry Ford, that is the last time and no service from them at all. Unacceptable. More
Ripped off My Ford F350 box truck was losing pressure in the brakes and the pedal would go to the floor. My regular mechanic who is very good at his job replaced My Ford F350 box truck was losing pressure in the brakes and the pedal would go to the floor. My regular mechanic who is very good at his job replaced the rear pads. He said the rear rotors were fine and he had completely done the front brakes six months earlier. They were still losing pressure so he replaced the master cylinder, no luck so he replaced it again. No luck again so he said take it to Ford. Now my nightmare really begins. They started by telling me the rotors he said were fine needed to be replaced. OK do it, didn't fix it. Then they said it was my front brakes which had just been replaced. OK do it, didn't fix it. Then They said my mechanic did not use a genuine Ford master cylinder. Reluctantly I said OK do it. Didn't fix it. My son Googled the problem and told them it was the hydraulic control unit. Fixed $4,300 dollars later. They are a STEALERSHIP. I walked right in and talked to the service manager who said he was busy. Said he would look into it and call me. I have been waiting 18 months for that call. More

Being a female and walking into a dealership is a tough thing to do. I have been to a few places that have attempted to take advantage of me. Not Ford of Londonderry. I needed a simple Oil Change and the tires rotated. They explained everything they were doing to my car in detail and made sure I felt comfortable and was informed with what they were doing. I highly recommend Ford of Londonderry and their Service Department. You will not find a more professional and courteous staff anywhere else. They even have a Female tech. How cool is that!! Thank you!!! More
I have brought all of my vehicles to Ford of Londonderry for repairs and routine maintenance. The quality of work, the reasonable prices and their honesty in diagnosing a problem and living up to the quote for repairs and routine maintenance. The quality of work, the reasonable prices and their honesty in diagnosing a problem and living up to the quoted price is exceptional ! The service manager Joe Snyder runs a very tight ship overseeing all that goes on making sure that all work is done properly, on time and at a fair price. I would highly recommend Ford of Londonderry to anyone for all their service needs. More
Brought focus in at 31000 miles back on Jan 10,2013, with a thumping noise in the rear drivers side wheel. Was told in writing that I needed new tires, at the time I couldn't afford them so I drove till I ha a thumping noise in the rear drivers side wheel. Was told in writing that I needed new tires, at the time I couldn't afford them so I drove till I had 55000 miles on the car then bought new ones last Sat. I though just tires so I drove on them. After getting new tires the thumping was still there, same noise. Called Londonderry Ford and they said it was covered on the drive train warranty and bring it in. After they checked it out they said it is a bad rear wheel bearing and will cost $449.00 to fix and not covered. So I though it should be covered the first time, same noise, now it has 55000 miles, out of warranty. They should of found the bearing the first time but blew me off, saying tires. These guys are ripping people off and service department not willing to work with you. Called another Ford dealer and they are repairing my car tomorrow under the drive train warranty, they are very help full, I will never go back to Londonderry Ford again and will also get the word out there. Very unhappy with the service they give. More
The body shop. Let me begin by asking WHERE IS THE LAST REVIEW I POSTED? I had a hood painted and replaced on my 1992 Ford mustang. The missed a couple of spot with the paint, screwed up the paint on one REVIEW I POSTED? I had a hood painted and replaced on my 1992 Ford mustang. The missed a couple of spot with the paint, screwed up the paint on one of my fenders and the hood was no aligned properly. Ok so that's not the worst part. The neglected to the safety latch and spring on the hood as per federal standards. That's what "pops" your hood when you pull the handle inside your car and then find the lever under your hood to lift it. Follow me? Well apparently my hood did not latch properly the last time I closed it, (adjustment?) and I went for a drive. When I got on I-93 the hood flew open at about 50MPH! Of course there is a lot of damage but thank god it did not fly off and injure another motorist! There is no doubt about their neglect to either install a new spring and safety, (about an $8.00 part) since part of what they did was paint the new hood and the bolts that should hold the safety catch are painted over. I could probably file some sort of law suit but just don't want anything to do with that place again. NOT REINSTALL AN IMPORTANT PIECE OF SAFEY EQUIPMENT!, are you kidding me? I've read all the other reviews and apparently they only post the good ones and not the negative ones so I would not be surprised if this one "gets lost" somehow but I, as all of you that do your diligence want to know the WHOLE story and not just what they decide to post. Work such as this should leave serious doubt in anyones mind as to whether or not they "trust" this dealership with their safety. A lot more could have happened to not only me but others as well. Their veracity is dashed and their trustworthiness does not exist. Why should we have to check work performed on our vehicles out of fear for our safety? I will be using Patch and yelp to further alert others. Oh yes, I own a restaurant not too far from this dealership and I just love being out in the dining room with my clients, all 7000 of them each month so guess what I will be talking about! I hope the "proof reader" of reviews does their job and posts ALL reviews. More
DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR TO THIS DEALER FOR SERVICE. I brought my Acura there for inspection and they told me I needed new front pads then failed me. THEN told me I have 30 days to get them fixed. a week brought my Acura there for inspection and they told me I needed new front pads then failed me. THEN told me I have 30 days to get them fixed. a week later I got a ticket for operating a vehicle with a safety issue and had to pay a fine. Best part is that I brought my car to another garage and they told me my pads were fine and it passed inspection. So yeah I wouldn't recommend Ford of Londonderry NH to anyone. More
