They did not have either of the trucks that they listed online on site when I got there and I was told by the salesman that yes they’re here come on in, but they were not. I did find a decent one, but it was used and it had brand new tires on the back, but it needed tires on the front. I mentioned this to the salesman and he said that should not be a problem after we finished looking at other trucks and I decided on this one I purchased it not thinking about the tires a day or so later when I got it to highway speed and noticed I went back and asked, inquired about the new tires and was directly told by the manager on site that they had no intention of replacing these tires. We’re looking at the vehicle. I noticed the front tires were worn in the back was brand new. I inquired about this to the salesman who said he would look into it and that it shoul I noticed the front tires were worn in the back was brand new. Sometime later, and after looking at several trucks after I had purchased a truck, I realized it and when we spoke to the manager about it, he said he would not change them. Seems odd to me that for 200 or $250 worth of tires that he would rather have a unsatisfied customer. More

I had an issue two days after the sale. After 3 hours, your service team could not figure out the problem (locked out in "vallet mode").
