I expected a higher level of professionalism but was instead met with inconsistent updates and unclear information. It often felt like I had to chase down answers rather than being proactively informed. Additionally, there was a lack of transparency regarding pricing and timelines, which caused unnecessary confusion and frustration. Good customer service relies on clear communication and honest dealings, and unfortunately, that was not my experience here. I hope the dealership takes steps to improve these areas moving forward.
