First, I’d thought ford will finance my loan. Then I found out later on that it wasn’t. Secondly, they gave me a brand new ford mustang with a lot of defects. Hood isn’t align, racing stripes and tint at the back wind shield has a lot of bubbles and ripped stripped. Seems like you’re buying a brand new iPhone with no screen. somehow, Brandon is absolutely doing a great job! He handle the situation and make it easy for me. He is very realistic to his clients what benefits to both parties. Brandon Grow absolutely deserved a high score for not leaving me dealing with a defective car. I wish the manager was telling me what’s the real score while making a deal. The manager is very shady and lazy. I recommend a lot of friends to different car dealerships but absolutely not to this branch. seems like I’m buying a broken defective brand new car. Financing was horrible. I don’t even get at least compensation to my time coming back and forth. Thirdly, communication is downgrading for the service. It’s my first time to be at ford as I am very loyal to specific brand. Obviously not a great experience I have with ford at Port Richey. More
