I had a faulty valve stem and the service department took me right in, fixed the issue and had me on my way quickly. It's great to work with a company that is good at both sales and service. We were pleased with our salesman, felt like he did a nice job. We weren't real happy with the sales manager. The internet price was 43,000 for our truck, when we sat to talk numbers, it went up to 52k nice job. We weren't real happy with the sales manager. He had some reasoning behind it all, but it was just car salesman speak. We also felt like we didn't get a very good deal on our trade in, because of "reconditioning" fees. I wished I had asked for some reconditioning fees on our truck due to all the of the rock chips in the hood and front bumper. My 2007 Tundra was in good, to very good shape for it's age. I felt like the sales manager was just kind of a swindler and it left a sour taste in our mouth. We also over heard him talking to a young man and his mom and felt like he was pressuring him into a vehicle he couldn't afford. The sales manager gave him what he called some "life lessons", which seemed a little condescending. So, we liked our salesman, but the manager, not so much. We do love the truck. More

A great group of conman and swindlers. They used EVERY trick in the book to get me to buy. Bait-n-swtich, 3 "let me talk to my manager", 2 "I am loosing my shirt on this deal.", the "this They used EVERY trick in the book to get me to buy. Took 4 1/2 hours for oil change and recall repair. A lot longer than anticipated. Car worked fine when took in now gps doesn't work. I had replaced brake light stop pad myself and told them not to work on it but it looks like they replaced it again. More
