Don't return calls, don't follow through with what was promised. Very deceitful in selling practices. Even at the corporate level, they dropped the ball on our concerns. I've only dealt with a Finance promised. Very deceitful in selling practices. Even at the corporate level, they dropped the ball on our concerns. I've only dealt with a Finance manager. Not once has a Manager of the dealership or at the corporate level contacted me to address my concerns. Was rushed through the finance department, to expedite the sale and hide charges we would not have agreed upon if we had gone through like a normal sale. Have dealt with Morgan dealerships in the past, but this one has definitely made us not want to deal with any of them in the future. I love the vehicle and am very happy with it, but the experience with Ford of Port Richey was not a pleasant one. and as of today, 12/10/2024 my trade-in has not been paid off. Been getting notices from my previous bank of missed payment. More
