Marlin was very friendly and knowledgeable, but never pushy. The financing and other "paperwork" was done fairly quickly. Everyone I had any contact with at the dealership was very professional. Prince McNinch was our advisor. We couldn't have had a nicer, more professional and knowledgeable representative of this dealership. He made our experience easy and pleasurable. The dealership itself is well maintained, clean and comfortable. This is the third new vehicle we have purchased from Ford of Port Richey and this was the best experience ever. More
Frank was helpful. I do wish there was a reminder that you charge a service fee when credit card is used for payment before the appointment so I could bring a check. :- I do wish there was a reminder that you charge a service fee when credit card is used for payment before the appointment so I could bring a check. :-) More
I purchased a used f150. Not much they could do considering my credit score on financing, and I understand that and accept it. The problem I have is we are in Florida. I ch Not much they could do considering my credit score on financing, and I understand that and accept it. The problem I have is we are in Florida. I checked everything out , test drove etc. The air conditioning worked great. The next morning after taking it home, it was a little chilly out and the heat did not work. I contacted them less than 24 hours later about the issue. They gave me an appointment, And I came in a day later. They had me wait several hours and tell me its the auxiliary water pump. Cost will be $900, but because it was only a day since buying they “would help me out” and only charge $450. I am a mechanic, and subsequently checked it out myself. The problem was not the aux water pump but a heater core bypass valve. I fixed the truck for $65 and an hour of my time. I am sure they would have changed the auxiliary pump, it would not have worked, and then they would have charged another $500 for the valve I diagnosed. Be careful More
