They are not looking out for your best interest they only decide to fix what they want to fix and if there is something they missed they don’t take any ownership about it. I’m extremely disappointed in how they handled my car and how I was treated as a customer. One would think after putting as much money as I did into the repairs that I would get a completely working car but that is just not the case with Ford in Port Richey. More

I am very happy to tell you about my experience when I bring my car in for service. Steve Wollak has been my service advisor since I bought my car at your dealership in 2014. Need battery? I am loyal. I always take my car to port richey because I bought it there. Got an Oil change on Dec 26. Experience was disappointing. Mechanic I am loyal. I always take my car to port richey because I bought it there. Got an Oil change on Dec 26. Experience was disappointing. Mechanic claimed I needed battery. I had replaced it on Nov 23. Now taking it there has become a trust issue for me. Toni figured out the mistake by the mechanic and for that I was grateful. More
