They accept payment banks for pushing bad financing. They refused to deal the agreed price without financing from Westlake Financial services saying I could refinance with my bank later. Hours on computer phone tree with no answers at all. A chat bot that is even less helpful. Port Richey can claim that is the bank not them but they took money to but me with them. If they are so incompetent at choosing lenders what else could they fail at. Now my loan is paid off for a month and my temporary tag is run out and I still have no way to register the vehicle because they cant seem to get an electronic title to the Florida DMV or change the lean to Navy Federal. More

I was visiting Florida, vehicle had a guiney noise, took it to the nearest dealer and it was the worst experience I have ever had. I was very mislead on a time frame and had to get very upset to get my vehi it to the nearest dealer and it was the worst experience I have ever had. I was very mislead on a time frame and had to get very upset to get my vehicle fixed. I was stuck in Florida at the mercy of this dealership and kept being told I was misunderstanding them. But my joke party was under the same understanding as I and heard the time frame. Plus after days of them having my vehicle, I went there and nothing was being done and my vehicle was unsecured. I walked up to it took drug out and no one stopped me. Just pulled in went straight to my vehicle and it was unlocked and no one there to stop it from being robbed. I will never reopen to this dealership. I don't expect special treatment but I expect honesty especially since they knew I was going to be out of a place to stay. But I was never offered to take it somewhere else because instead of it taking 3 days to 4 it took 7. More
