First service visit after buying a new 2019 Ford Flex Bought my new Flex on 8/30/19 from Ford at Port Richey. Upon purchase dealer scheduled a complimentary oil change, etc had service done on 12/31/19. Bought my new Flex on 8/30/19 from Ford at Port Richey. Upon purchase dealer scheduled a complimentary oil change, etc had service done on 12/31/19. It took almost 2 hours to complete service. No problem with work done, but you would figure that a service scheduled so far in advance, it would not take so long! More
