There is not a hard sell present within this shop (nor should there be for such a fine automobile!) and the finance team was equally pleasant to work with. I love my 2017 991 4S Miami Blue---reminds me of the '74 Targa ducktail. Great car and a nice move from the turbo. Miss the cab somewhat on nice days but will just have to put something else in the garage down the line. I will definitely be coming back to Rob when I do. Griff Gilbert More

I had been in sales for over 41 years; and he was the perfect sales person, not pushy, very knowledgeable about the cars and always available for my questions. I had not purchased a car in 13 years, so you can imagine how different everything was. I actually found a car, waited about 3 hours before calling back to discuss purchasing it and it had been sold. Luckily for me, Justin called me the next day with the perfect Boxster for me that had just come in the dealership. He totally followed up and knew what I wanted. Thank you Justin. After receiving the car, I noticed some small cosmetic defects not mentioned. Now with any pre-owned car of course there is going to be some signs of use – most people probably wouldn't care. But I'm a car nut, and I specifically asked about cosmetic issues because that factors into an offer, especially one where I can't see the car firsthand. When I enquired about the possibility of receiving parts at cost, the answer was a flat out no – not even a let me see what I can do. Worse, the salesperson suggested that the defect was my own doing since he didn't see it in his examination. Hello...you're not dealing with a lowbrow customer here. There was no response from the manager, hence this review. If you're not a stickler, then you'll probably be fine. If you're in need of some post sales support, good luck. Needless to say my business with this company is concluded. More
