I brought the CR-V in for a tire rotation because I had forgotten that I had the tires rotated 2,500 miles earlier. Sarah was my first contact and Wendy was the second. Both service advisors were pleasant, courteous and helpful. They responded to my request and never tried to sell me something I didn't need. Wendy was able to get a replacement battery from manufacturer at no charge too me. YEAH. Thanks Wendy! I didn't buy this Honda from Forest City Honda just couldn't make a deal.
