Mechanics are good, but the service advisors need more training in my opinion, and the cashier is just flat out rude and grumpy. New Honda's use synthetic oil which lasts 10K miles, but they still recomm training in my opinion, and the cashier is just flat out rude and grumpy. They charge you for free tire rotation but then take it off later though you still pay tax on it. Multiple times I've had to ask the service advisor what a mechanic comment means and send them back to talk to the mechanic. More
