I was told by the service manager that I could have a loaner during service. On Saturday the service manager was not there and who was in charge said he’s never heard of giving a loaner for 1st service a loaner during service. Our Sienna was starting to "nickle-and-dime" me, which after 169000+ miles was not unexpected. My wife decided she'd like a Highlander. Having absolutely no faith in my local Toyota dealer, we went to For after 169000+ miles was not unexpected. My wife decided she'd like a Highlander. Having absolutely no faith in my local Toyota dealer, we went to Fort's. Busy as they were, we were treated courteously and respectfully, and never felt ignored. Kevin and Ray did everything and then some to make sure we left there in a very nice Highlander after giving pretty much what I expected for the Sienna. When it's time to trade my Explorer, they'll be first on my list. More
