Thanks for asking. Responding to a recall via phone, we were informed a visual vehicle inspection was required to determine if minor or major work was required. As you may know, during our 5/11 visit, insp were informed a visual vehicle inspection was required to determine if minor or major work was required. As you may know, during our 5/11 visit, inspection was not required because GM recall computer records indicate complete rack replacement is required. Since your dealership did not stock the required part(s), we are awaiting your notification of their arrival so a service date may be arranged. Net effect, an unnecessary visit to Boucher. We like cars and your dealefrship . That is why we bought the car from Boucher. Because Boucher seems to be customer focused, we hope our feedback helps to streamline future business. More
