I was very happy with the service. They had a part ordered and my vehicle back to me in one day. The only problem that I had was that the loaner car was very small compared to the SUV I own. It would have been nice to have a loaner similar in size to the vehicle I am used to driving. I understand they were very low on inventory of loaner vehicles, so I dealt with it in stride.
