I've always had a good experience coming to your facility but to be honest I will be hesitant to come back. I don't enjoy being over charged and then guilted to think it's ok because things just cost more n but to be honest I will be hesitant to come back. Signs everywhere about a $59.95 Works oil change which is what I have always gotten and paid $59.95 plus tax. This visit I told the lady I had the online coupon for $59.95 and she said Great. When I got to the register it was $70 because things cost more and that's just how it is. Very poor communication and misrepresentation from the start but I was told that just how it is. More
