Went in just for tire rotation, but found out that because we went to the dodge dealership walk in for our last oil change, a 30,000 maintenance thing was missed. So when we planned to be there only because we went to the dodge dealership walk in for our last oil change, a 30,000 maintenance thing was missed. So when we planned to be there only for a few minutes, we were there about 2 hours. When I first sat down, the only thing on the TV were VW ads, they said that was what VW wanted on the TV. I asked, and a couple of the guys somehow got around it for me. I do not have a smart phone, and did not plan to be there for 2 hours and there is nothing else to do anywhere near there - so that was VERY nice of them. More

I brought my dodge Durango SRT in for a routine oil change and did not have an appointment. They greeted me with open arms and said that was not a problem and took care of me immediately.
