Paul was super easy to talk to and was able to walk me through step by step on how to purchase my first car. He helped pick out a car for me that suited me best, and even took care of a minor hood defect through step by step on how to purchase my first car. He was very patient with me and made sure I was 100% satisfied before leaving the lot, as well as following up with me 5 days after the purchase of my new Durango to ensure I was still just as happy with my purchase and to answer any questions I had.
