Used coupon and service was delivered. Young man that helped was nice, but obviously nervous. I had mentioned a concern possibly recall item and asked for it to be looked at. When I picked up the car he helped was nice, but obviously nervous. I had mentioned a concern possibly recall item and asked for it to be looked at. When I picked up the car he had forgotten to have it looked at. Other than that I would say all was fine. The only other recommendation I would suggest vacuuming the car along with a car wash for an added special touch. Although I work in customer service where you always go above and beyond. Original appointment to fix my issue was rescheduled because of Covid issues at the dealer ship, which was no big deal, so I dropped my vehicle off at the new time. My wife and to take time off work to because of Covid issues at the dealer ship, which was no big deal, so I dropped my vehicle off at the new time. My wife and to take time off work to so I could have a ride after dropping off the vehicle. This fix was only supposed to take an hour, so. Then I get a call an was told that nobody thought to order the replacement part, so I could either have my wife take more time off work to take me back to the dealership, or leave it over night. I decided to leave it overnight, so as not to inconvenience my wife. So basically, I was out the use of my car for a day, and was not offered an option of a loaner for a day. So my wife had to take more time off to take me back to the dealership the next day to pick up my vehicle. I could have used the driver service from the dealer, but with Covid I didn't want to take any changes. I also would have thought that the dealership would have given me a complimentary car wash for my inconvenience, but I guess that was to much to ask. More
