Brought it in for an oil change, it also had a coolant leak but the earliest appointment was 2 days away. It got lost in the shuffle. We got it back 3 days after the oil change and 15 minutes after leavin leak but the earliest appointment was 2 days away. It got lost in the shuffle. We got it back 3 days after the oil change and 15 minutes after leaving the dealership was on the side of the highway, calling for a tow truck due to overheating. I love my Jeep and our Ram but that wasn’t the best experience. More
