Service department frequently left items loose and leaking. The dealership will not stand by their work. December 08,2022 I came in for an oil change and rotation, and to have a trim piece that was peeling inside looked at for a part to be ordered. My invoice does not state the rotation so I do not kn rotation, and to have a trim piece that was peeling inside looked at for a part to be ordered. My invoice does not state the rotation so I do not know if it was done. I was told when the truck was done that it was parked outside a bay door next to the car wash and the key fob was in it. I walk through the man door that was surrounded by approximately six technicians eating and smoking next to my truck. Having a break, all good, people need it. Sending a customer through an area where they have break so that I have to walk through smoke and it’s occurring next to my brand new vehicle, that unacceptable! Part was ordered but I didn’t hear anything for over a month. Two days after I ask about it I’m told the part is finally in. This was my first and most likely last time using the service at Boucher Chrysler due to the unprofessionalism and lack of respect. I have always used Boucher VW because of the level of tact and professionalism so this was super hard to take in. More
