left rear tire flat I needed a tire repaired. Sat for four hours waiting for them to fix a flat. After four hours I was told my van was ready. Went to pay for the tire I needed a tire repaired. Sat for four hours waiting for them to fix a flat. After four hours I was told my van was ready. Went to pay for the tire repaired, $ 85.00 ! I thought that was very high price to get a flat tire repaired. I was told the tire was a PAK tire and that was why it was $85.00. So if you have "run flat tires" it's expensive to have them repaired. I should have call my wife to pick me up, but was told it would be a couple hours to repair my tire so I went to the waiting room. They did air up all my tires More

Went in for oil change and was greeted promptly and friendly with a quick explanation of what they would do. I was asked if there was anything else and I mentioned possible tire rotation if needed. Brake job Dean Loveless was very good, knew what the problem was as soon as I got in the bay. Work done on this trip was good and in a timely manner. Here's the however, they had to get a wheel lock out of my glove box, items that were accidentally drug out were left on the floor board. When I went to pick up my vehicle the wait was about 15-20 minutes just to get my vehicle brought around. I tried to get a wheel rotate and balance a few months ago and was asked where the wheel lock was I told them it was in the bag on top of the spare, I was told there was too much stuff in my trunk for them to reach the bag. (One plastic container could have been moved to get to the spare tire.) Another instance I had to buy a passenger seat guard that was ordered but was the wrong part. I was refunded the amount less 25% for an error that was not mine. My daughter had a Honda Odyssey and had a low tire warning, she didn't know if she could put "regular" air in the tire since they had advertised having been filled with nitrogen. She went to the service bay and was told she would have to leave her vehicle for service as they couldn't tell her if "regular" air would work. Instead of leaving her Odyssey she drove to Gene Messer Toyota, she was taken care of in a timely fashion and sent on her way to work. Needless to say they are on their third Toyota vehicle after trading in the Honda. More
