Great Service at Frank Brown I have been in Lubbock a little over two years now and I take my 2010 Honda Insight to Frank Brown when it tells me it needs to be worked on. This pas I have been in Lubbock a little over two years now and I take my 2010 Honda Insight to Frank Brown when it tells me it needs to be worked on. This past time the Check Engine Light and the IMA light came on as I was driving to work. Frank Brown was able to get me in first thing the next morning. It turns out my car needed a software update instead of a $2000+ hybrid battery pack. After the update my car is running as good as ever. Thanks Frank Brown Honda. I will keep bringing my car in to y’all. More
