Ricardo was on the used car lot when my husband and I drove up to look at vehicles. It was extremely cold that day, and the wind was blowing hard. I pulled up and asked about used Acadias. He began to sh drove up to look at vehicles. It was extremely cold that day, and the wind was blowing hard. I pulled up and asked about used Acadias. He began to show us what was on the lot and answer questions we had. He never was pushy over full of hot air, and he allowed us to look around. When we became serious about the vehicle we bought, he was kind enough to bring it to our home to make sure it would fit in the garage. We went back up to the dealership to look around, the one we'd looked at had sold. I saw an Acadia in a different color that I liked, test drove it, and that was it. I have spoken to Ricardo after the sale about different things I needed to learn, and he has been patient the entire time. I can't say enough good things about his desire to pay attention and listen to a female. I went to a local dealership and asked to look at some cars. The salesman said, 'Well little lady, why don't you go home and get your husband!' I was livid, and NO, I didn't buy a car from him or the dealership!! Keep up the customer service, Ricardo!! More

Monday morning I reached out to Frank Brown via there website in regards to a 2020 Chevy Suburban, Midnight Black Edition Z71. I was promptly contacted by Ricardo regarding my inquiry. Since I live n website in regards to a 2020 Chevy Suburban, Midnight Black Edition Z71. I was promptly contacted by Ricardo regarding my inquiry. Since I live nearly 5 hours away much of our dealing had to be conducted over the phone. We spent some time discussing price and trade-in value. The trade-in offer came in at $6,000 but the market price of the car is $10,500 - $13,500 so I was a bit hesitant on striking a deal. The sales manager, Emilio, called me on the phone to explain the he could not come up on the trade-in offer. Emilio was not as professional as I had hoped, he attempted to tell me he was not going to eat the negative equity in the car, certainly was off-putting to be talked to with that regard. Interesting sales tactics Emilio! Nevertheless, After getting off the phone and not being able to feel like the deal was fair, I followed up with Ricardo and told him I was still interested. By Monday afternoon Ricardo was able to drop the price of the Suburban enough to entice my interest, and I told him I might be interested in the deal without the trade-in. I informed Ricardo I would need a day or two to get with the bank and get approved for the loan. Wednesday Morning at 10:00 am I contacted Ricardo and asked that he draw up the new deal but to include the trade-in. He promptly sent me the revised balance sheet and by 10:50 am I informed Ricardo that I was approved for the loan so we initiated to close the deal. By 12:30 pm I had already sent Ricardo all of the required paperwork to finalize the deal, he got my Drivers License, my Wife's drivers license, our car insurance card, the bank payoff instructions and the Bank Loan funds request form. Originally we discussed meeting halfway between San Antonio and Lubbock, but after coming to terms I told Ricardo that he would need to meet me in Junction to close the deal. He told me no problem let me get that approved with my boss. A couple minutes later he texted back to inform me that we could meet up Sunday at 10 AM. I told him that would work. Then at 2:33 pm, Ricardo Texts me and says "Sorry. There were 2 salesman working on the same suburban. Unfortunately, his customers were here and they ended up buying it." I was flabbergasted that they sold the car out from underneath me when they had been sitting on everything they needed to seal the deal for an hour and a half. So I called Ricardo and demanded an explanation. He handed the phone off to Emilio whom proceeded to shift the blame from the dealership to me. He rebutted, well why didn't you pull the trigger Monday, you changed the meet up location, they got here first the deal was done before lunch, we don't hold cars for people unless they put money down, all the while he never attempted to assume responsibility for the lack of communication. Poor professionalism! I had a friend inquire about the car at 3:00 pm to see if they were bluffing, when Ricardo called my friend he informed him the car had been sold and hour earlier! This conflicts with the information Emilio said about selling the car before lunch. This sales manager was down right rude, tried to tell me it was my fault that they sold the car out from under me, did not take any responsibility for not conveying that a deposit was required to hold the car while finalizing the paperwork. Basically, I believe the other salesman knew that I was trying to purchase the car, used that information to get the other client to pull the trigger on the deal and accepted the alternative deal because they didn't have to deliver the car to the new prospective buyer. These are not honest salesman, I do not recommend doing business with this dealership. I extended the opportunity of redemption to Emilio that if he found that exact car I would still consider purchasing it through them, despite how they treated me. Emilio stated that he would reach out to me if he found another one like it. More
