Best dealership experience I just moved from Valencia, California to Lubbock, TX. I have had a better experience in just one visit then I ever received in the almost two years a I just moved from Valencia, California to Lubbock, TX. I have had a better experience in just one visit then I ever received in the almost two years at my other dealership in California. This place is great and I look forward to having them handle all my future service needs and beyond. More

Not what I expect of Honda 3rd trip to dealership, (after being patted on the head 2x), they finally found the problem. Did not explain problem to me. Just said “We’re replacing 3rd trip to dealership, (after being patted on the head 2x), they finally found the problem. Did not explain problem to me. Just said “We’re replacing the transmission & some electrical parts. We’ll let you know when they are here.” No loaner car available to me while fixing a warrantied issue. Service mgrs explaination was “Each Service Tech has one loaner they can use. His is being used. I don’t agree with this policy.” Turns out the supposedly new(?) transmission doesn’t come with a 60k warranty. It is only warrantied through the car’s 60k miles. (Car is at 31k). I only got this information because I called & asked to speak to a manager. Guess I’ll be selling this car. This is my 3rd Honda. I doubt I’ll buy another one. Very disappointed, after spending $32k. Salespeople are great. All service people are nice. They just don’t live up to what I expect of Honda. More

Fast, good customer service I had an oil change. My car was ready within 30-45 min. They also provide car service that drops you whereever you need to be while waiting for your c I had an oil change. Concerns addressed! We were headed out of town on vacation and wanted to make sure that our concerns about the A/C were addressed. We weren’t sure if it wasn’t working properly or if it was just new owners that hadn’t had a new truck, ever! Anyway, they worked us in, worked through the system and had us on the way with confidence that it was working just fine! They even explained it so this girls isn’t feel ... overreactive!
