Long wait time with no clear communication while car was being worked on. I had to ask what the status of my car was after waiting 2 hours and then told i looked tired when i was mad about my wait time by e being worked on. I have been looking for a white Nissian Rogue for about 3 months. Over that period of time I spoke with many sales folks. Frank Leta had one that was a little more than what I wanted to pay., but I stopped months. Over that period of time I spoke with many sales folks. Frank Leta had one that was a little more than what I wanted to pay., but I stopped in to take a look at. Dani was my sales person that spoke with me. Over the next few days Dani searched for Rogues that fell into the parameters that I had set. She was extremely easy to work with and very personable. She never gave me the sales line like “I have another person looking at it, or this is a popular car.” Due to the effort she put into finding me a car I decided to buy the first one that was a little higher than what I had planned for my budget. We went to test drive it and came back and made an offer. With very little back and forth the deal was done. I have purchased several cars in my nearly 50 years on this planet and Dani is by FAR the best sales person I have ever worked with. Especially since I am not the easiest to work with. I very highly recommend Frank Leta Chevy and Dami for next purchase. More
