Most recently adult son needed unexpected car replacement when Skeet Tuttle used her sales relationships to locate local inventory (ScionXb as requested) that benefitted both buyer & seller (& dealership). Two weeks later our trusty PriusV stranded us at an out of town wedding with a hybrid inverter issue (tow, warranty repair, validation needed).
