Clay met me at the entrance to the dealership and asked if I usually worked with anyone in particular at the dealership. After I said “no,” he stated he would take care of me, and he did in a friendly, non pressure way. He put me in used 2009 RAV4 with a V6 (a must for me), and got my trade in looked over quickly.
