I came to Frankfort Toyota to test drive a new Highlander. I fell in love with it before I even got behind the wheel as Billy was telling me all the features of the vehicle. One of the biggest things that stood out to me was that he wasn't your typical "pushy" salesman. My Fiance' and I know exactly what we wanted. Only living in Kentucky for 6 months, we knew we needed a 4WD vehicle. Having a child just turning 16 we needed to add another vehicle to our collection. With that said we searched online for over a week. We knew we wanted a Chevy Tahoe between a specific year span. We also knew we wanted it to be 4WD. We didn't care about the color but the vehicle needed to be in decent shape. On Monday (my fiance' only day off during the week) we set out on our adventure. We had a list (Frankfort Toyota wasn't originally on the list). We drove to Louisville. After having no luck we looked again in the surrounding areas and saw our 2011 Pearl White Tahoe on the website for Frankfort Toyota. I told my fiance to call and make sure that it was still there and it was. We were on our way. As soon as we got there, we were immediately greeted by Damian who was our salesman because we made an appointment. Damian was nothing less than AMAZING. No pressure. He never once tried to get us to look at any other vehicles, he was honest and up front throughout the whole experience. My fiance and I decided that when we have to purchase another vehicle for whatever reason we will drive the 2+ hours up north just to work with Damian. Thank you again for everything! More
