Nia could not answer basic questions regarding the features of the car. She was very arrogant, argumentative, and rude to the loan officer and myself. We could hear Nia and other staff speaking negatively about me as the customer. I told her that we could hear, and shared that the owner would not be pleased. She represented the dealership poorly. The customer service at this dealership was terrible!!! More
My wife and I had a bad experience with this dealership and this young lady. We were in the process of purchasing a vehicle. We were at our bank attempting to finalize the deal. Nia was asked to verify some accessories and features about the vehicle, but could not do so. She didn’t have the proper documentation. If I am selling a car, I am supposed to be knowledgeable about the vehicle. She was arrogant, unprofessional, and disrespectful toward my wife. The finance manager Michael, was also very arrogant and could not show reason and documentation for adding various fees and taxes.. I don’t recommend anyone going to this dealership to purchase a vehicle. More

I have no idea how this dealership has anything over a two star ratings. They seem to be the bait and switch dealership in the area. On the website they obviously show a vehicle that is equipped over and two star ratings. They seem to be the bait and switch dealership in the area. On the website they obviously show a vehicle that is equipped over and above any OEM, but keep the MSRP as the price. Smart consumer knows that’s probably not the case, but I was curious. A $48,000 jeep gladiator online Was really $90,000 after all the addition. When asked why they don’t just simply put the price of the vehicle online like everyone else, The answer “ We have a disclaimer” (which I wasn’t able to find). I believe what they are doing is illegal, but not an attorney and would not recommend. On another note, the sales people were very nice! More
I was advised after leaving the car it was the wrong day for service. Came back the following week for service where my car was kept over night and and I was not told by Dalton that it would be kept. I had to call the following morning to ask about the status of my service I was quoted $700 for non warranty repair. I declined to receive the service and took the car for a second opinion where I was advised the $700 repair was not an accurate diagnosis of the problem. A technician removed the service sticker in my window and left an awful mess in my car and finger prints all over my windshield. Not impressed with this service. More
