We reside in Charlotte, NC and had been looking for a certified pre-owned RDX. When we couldn’t find one in our price range in Charlotte, we broadened the search and found a RDX online at Bradshaw Acura certified pre-owned RDX. We called and spoke to Dana Conner who answered all our questions about the car on the phone and set up a test drive for us that afternoon. About 3 hours later we were test driving an excellent certified Acura RDX that fit not only our budget and mileage requirements, but which also happened to have our preferred interior and exterior colors. Dana was very knowledgeable, informative and a pleasure to work with. Jeff in the finance department found us a loan at a better rate than expected and made the paperwork painless. There was never any pressure to buy the car or any additional services and the process was very efficient. On the drive back to Charlotte, we put the car through its paces.
