Great buying experience from 4.5 hrs away I was interested in a used Atlas and had been looking for one for weeks. I came across a 2018 Atlas at this dealership on a Saturday night while looki I was interested in a used Atlas and had been looking for one for weeks. I came across a 2018 Atlas at this dealership on a Saturday night while looking at AutoTrader.com. This is 4.5 hrs away from me, so I was going to need lots of details before making the drive. I put my email in to get more information, assuming that the next day was Sunday and I wouldn't hear from anyone until the following Monday. On Sunday, I received a text message from Christina at the dealership asking if I wanted more information. Throughout the day, I was able to get a video walk around of the car. I also was able to send pictures of my car to get an appraisal so we could discuss trade options. By the following day (Monday), I had an appraisal on my car, numbers on the new car, and decided to buy it! I had many questions that I continued to text Christina and got quick answer, or even pictures so I could know the car well before making the 4.5 hr drive for it. 2 days later, I excitedly drove to get my new car. All the paper work was ready as soon as I got there. I test drove and looked over the car. It had a full tank of gas to get me home and I signed and was in and out of the dealership in under 1 hour. There were no surprises when I got there and everything was as we had discussed. I could not be more happy with my car buying experience with Bradshaw Acura. More

This most recent experience was great, we loved the car as soon as we saw it on the showroom floor. Our sales associate, Ken Hucker, was helpful, knowledgeable, professional and friendly throughout the process. Ken was very patient, and he provided detailed knowledge to properly introduce us to our new Acura RDX, our first new car in 10 years. The level of technology innovations was incredible, but Ken made the process informative and fun. Mike Burgess was kind and personable in handling the financing and paperwork. Steve took the time to not only show me the features of my new vehicle but also to let me practice using the controls.
