I was there on both 8/9 & 16. On the first visit, I was there by 9:30 and got no call or update that day. Ultimately, I got the car back on the 3rd day. The service was to take 1 hour but took two. When I did get the car back, my service rep was at lunch and I got no first hand information on the work done. Took too long to complete my car and I had to call to find out the status instead of receiving a call from the dealership to update me. They ordered the parts without even giving me the estimate and lett find out the status instead of receiving a call from the dealership to update me. I had to call to find out what the estimate was and that’s when I was told about the parts. It took a month for my car to get fixed. They finally started to call and give me updates the week my car was finally being worked on. More
