Life time guarantee on the work done as long as you own your vehicle. I gave it 3 stars because I was lead to believe I would be called if the parts weren't in to reschedule. I dropped my truck off for a 3 your vehicle. I gave it 3 stars because I was lead to believe I would be called if the parts weren't in to reschedule. I had 4 different services performed on my Tahoe this day. My service advisor Keith was awesome at taking care of me and my vehicle.
