I took my truck in for the transmission. Transmission was replaced ($5,700). I am satisfied with the new transmission so far, what I wasn’t satisfied was customer care! Probably not our fault, but saying my car would be done and ready for pickup the next day. Then getting a phone call at 5:30 the next evening and saying it was done could pick it up the next day. Everything was good , till I changed my mind on offer for $700. Service deals. Bought car friday , over weekend I thought about it. So called monday left message for Ed in finance. Left another message. No return call as is tuesday. Called back Wednesday got some one else in finance, didnt get his name. Told him I changed my mind and wanted to deal and if that was possible, he said yes would you be able to come in and sign new papers, I said yes. A few hours later Ed called said it was to late, but could do it for $ 400 something. I worked at a car dealership in NJ I know it could of been done. Purchase date November 19 2021.
