I was told that the diagnosis fee was $100. On my bill was a fee of $290. I did not receive any explanation even though I asked twice. Mike was the progressive rep on site and was terrible on communication with me. My car was there for 3 weeks and it was originally estimated 3-5 days. Only the last two days it was there did he call me, oth communication with me. My car was there for 3 weeks and it was originally estimated 3-5 days. Only the last two days it was there did he call me, other than when I'd call for an update, he was polite & not rude whatsoever, but either had tooany things going on or not great with communication and follow up. The work, itself, was pretty good. Just took too long. The used multiple "recycled" or used products instead of new. More

Bradshaw continues to be the best automotive service department that I’ve ever dealt with. My GMC Suburban had an undetermined problem with the engine. Appt was scheduled 3 weeks out then was told someone would call about rental. Noone ever did so when I called day before appt. I wasn't on the books.
