We were 800 miles from home when our 2019 Terrain had an issue, your worst nightmare. We hobbled our car, on a Saturday, to Bradshaw G.M. and their service department was closed. The sales people were help issue, your worst nightmare. We hobbled our car, on a Saturday, to Bradshaw G.M. and their service department was closed. The sales people were helpful and we rented a car. We were told we would get a call on Monday, I thought sure we will. By 9:00 a.m. on Monday , I got a call from Howard letting me know they had my car diagnosed and that it was a minor issue. Howard called later and told us we could pick up our suv. He was great! Thank you Howard and the crew at Bradshaw. Brian Davis More

I really think that you service department needs some customer service skills taught. If I ever buy another car I will definitely buy from Bradshaw. It’s a weird time with COVID and how things have to be ordered before they come in sight unseen.
