Had several warning messages which made diagnosis a bit difficult. They stayed with it and solved the problem. They worked directly with Zurich, who covered repairs minus my $200 deductible. They returned my truck and acknowledged that it had a problem but said they didn't know what it was and could not fix it. I am at a loss for words. So who should I take it to? If someone had an appointment for an oil change schedule a few days before the appointment, you would think they would have an oil filter for the job. I got there 15 minutes before the appointment and had t a few days before the appointment, you would think they would have an oil filter for the job. I got there 15 minutes before the appointment and had to wait over 1 1/2 hours for a simple oil change. The service writer seamed like it was no big deal and did not come out to tLk with me until I questioned him. I am glad i could afford the time to wait.
