Experienced both my GM vehicles requiring repairs in the same time frame. Beyond my concerns with 4 failures of the AFM in about 6 years, I am hopeful the latest repairs is the last. My other concern is that neither GM or Bradshaw would provide a loner vehicle considering both my GM vehicles were in dealer service for major repairs. That resulted in approximately $300 in rental car cost to me. More
I was able to get in quickly for an oil change and battery check. The advisor quoted me a price then said I may not get one that day due to the late time. I waited in the waiting area and figured he would let me know for sure if he could get a battery but he never did. When he came to tell me my car was ready he never brought up the battery. I had to ask him. I also asked if I could come back on Saturday morning for the battery installation and he said probably. He walked up to the check out counter and said nothing about returning the next day. I was very confused and didn’t think he communicated well with me. Also I was charged for the oil change which I thought was covered under the warranty I purchased with the car. I ended up paying $97. When I got home I checked my paperwork and noticed 6 oil changes including with my warranty. I had only used two. The next day I was sent an email from the service department thanking me for using their services. I decided to respond with my disappointment in the experience. David called me to apologize for being charged for the oil change and said I would not be charged for the next oil change. I am going to ask for a different advisor to help me out when I return. I’ve worked with Chris Gray and he was always top notch. More
The service was not good. First issue was the loaner car that was given to me was dirty. They kept my car for 3 weeks and 2 days. Problem I was having with my car wasn’t fixed, I spent $355 just to drive off n car darts doing the same thing, had to get it towed home n I’m still out of a car, seems as if nobody drove my car before or $355 just to drive off n car darts doing the same thing, had to get it towed home n I’m still out of a car, seems as if nobody drove my car before or afterwards to figure out the problem because if you would have driven my car you should have seen that my car needed further repairs bs you giving me my car n telling me it’s still having a rough take off n knowing my car wasn’t fixed at all, throttle body sensor may have been one issue but if your mechanic would have took more time into figuring out the issue vs you giving me my car back with the same issues I dropped car off for🤬🤬🤬🤬 I stated that when I dropped car off that Carters Repair did my first diagnostic test n it came back throwing 3 transmission codes n that I would have to take car to Buick Dealership for repairs bc Buick dealer is the only ones with those codes, so I explained to Clay all this information n he said his diagnosis came back throttle body sensor n it was repaired but the issue with my car wasn’t fixed at all, I called after leaving stating my car was cutting back n not catching speed n once catching speed it wouldn’t change gears n after car strains so long I put car in neutral n I drove car in neutral to the nearest stop. I stated that I needed transmission serviced n checked but nothing was fixed n I’m still catching rides. I called numerous times for someone to call back n I’ve left voicemail with a Mr Zach or someone but I haven’t got a response from nobody, same day I picked car up someone was supposed to reach out to because I stated I was like 10 minutes from them n my car has stopped n I waited n waited but no response n call no nothing, I’ve called n called but I’m definitely calling to speak with someone about this whole situation bc if my car was driven before n afterwards you would have seen n heard the issues with my car, NO IM NOT PLEASED WITH ANY SERVICES THAT WAS PERFORMED BC IM STILL OUT OF $355 N NO CAR More
