The work was great. The communication from them was lacking. The original estimate was not correct and went way up. Decided not to do all the work. They said it would take a week, called and they said another few days. They said the parts came in damaged. Why didn’t they cal and let me know? They said they were busy. Keith Payne has been awesome helping me with my maintenance package issues. I live in NC and no dealership in my area would honor my maintenance agreement to service my vehicle. My brother lives ne maintenance package issues. I live in NC and no dealership in my area would honor my maintenance agreement to service my vehicle. My brother lives near Bradshaws made a call, spoke with Keith and he was able to review the info needed and told us that he didn't see a problem with me having it serviced there. I had to drive over a hour for a oil change and when the time comes for the next I'll be going back to Bradshaw. Cadillac dealerships in my area should be ashamed!!! More
