Not being in the market for a car made it difficult to decide what to purchase. Mackly Bien-Aime was great to work with. He was patient and not pushy. He showed me cars that fit my needs. He came in on his day off to make sure the deal was finalized after staying late with me the night before. Mackly also went over the features of the car I chose not just once but a few times. Wasted a day on the road for Fred Anderson of Raleigh I drove three hours to take advantage of what seemed like a great deal after scheduling an appointment with internet sales. However, when I got there, I drove three hours to take advantage of what seemed like a great deal after scheduling an appointment with internet sales. However, when I got there, I realized the vehicle I had inquired about had a significant tear in the leather upholstery and had several deep scratches down the side of the truck...none of which were evident in pictures nor were disclosed to me before I made the trip. Huge disappointment and because of my experience, I will not recommend nor use this dealership for any purpose into the future. More
