I normally don’t leave reviews, but my recent experience at Fred Anderson Toyota was so concerning that I feel obligated to share it. I purchased a 2025 Toyota bZ Limited AWD on 02/09/2026 for $38,000. I at Fred Anderson Toyota was so concerning that I feel obligated to share it. I purchased a 2025 Toyota bZ Limited AWD on 02/09/2026 for $38,000. I was told the dealership’s Family Plan includes a 3‑day exchange policy as long as the vehicle is undamaged and under 150 additional miles. I met both conditions, but when I returned, I was suddenly told the exchange policy does not apply to electric vehicles. This exclusion is not stated anywhere in my contract. Instead of honoring the exchange, the dealership processed my vehicle as a trade‑in and valued it $5,000 less than what I had paid the day before. I was then sold a 2026 bZ Limited at full MSRP, even though Toyota is offering $7,500 incentives for cash purchases. After paying an additional $8,500 and completing the paperwork, I discovered at home that I had been given a FWD model instead of the AWD I was promised. When I reached out to fix the issue, I was told the exchange could be completed only if I paid another $550. The only positive part of this experience was my salesperson, Jaden, who was humble, kind, and genuinely tried to help. None of these issues were his fault. Unfortunately, the overall process left me feeling misled and financially taken advantage of. I will never return to Fred Anderson Toyota, and I will strongly advise my friends and family to avoid this dealership as well. More
