My service advisor was Michael “Ace” Acevedo. Mr. Acevedo was an Ace. I’ll list a few things about him that I noticed. Very personable., honest., went above and beyond customer service. When I was getting my loaner vehicle from the loan officer, Mr. Acevedo retrieved my insurance card, blankets that I have in my car for my dog to sit on, and the vehicle harness that my dog attaches to that goes into the seat seatbelt buckle. Then on top of all of that, when I went to get into my loaner vehicle, Mr. Acevedo held my dog’s leash so that I could put the blankets and the harness attachment in the loaner vehicle. He is a great guy and kept me informed of the progress of my vehicle throughout the day. Highly recommend you see Michael for your vehicles needs. More

Person I dealt with in service was great. I am disappointed with your business. When I purchased the vehicle I was advised “ lifetime oil changes” which was a half truth. It was true as far a I am disappointed with your business. When I purchased the vehicle I was advised “ lifetime oil changes” which was a half truth. It was true as far as the manual says, but that was never told to me when I purchased the vehicle. Might sound small to you but not to me. After 5000 miles I received a message in my vehicle saying service required. I go in and told you do not get a free oil change until 10000 miles even though my car says maintenance required. So they do a tire rotation (of only 5000 miles on the new tires) and a fuel additive for $90 or so. Especially frustrating when you find out that there is a rift between service and sales on this very issue but sales won’t say it to the customer to make it sound better to buy it. I think it foolish to not change my oil for 10000 miles regardless what the manual says. Foolish in my opinion. Why would the vehicle tell me maintenance required just for tire rotation and add something in my fuel? And sit for an hour or so? Makes me not want to go back there. Very frustrated. More
