There was no “ miscommunication”. Yours sales dept refuses to advise customers of the 10,000 mile limitation. My opinion is because it is not as appealing to the customer as simply saying “ lifetime”. So your finance dept and/or your service dept has to deal with the customers after the fact. There is no “miscommunication “, it is deliberate and your sales dept is at odds over this issue with the service dept who says that they ask the sales dept to clarify with customers but they refuse. That is not a “miscommunication”, that is intentional, and it stinks. No one I know will go 10,000 miles between oil changes if they want to keep the vehicle running well. I understand clearly the manual says you can go that many miles between oil changes but who would do that to their vehicle? When you buy a vehicle you don’t first read the manual. I had another frustrating issue as well, two of the tires were very close to needing repair but apparently did pass inspection so they would not replace for me but offered to sell me new tires at cost so I agreed. When I went to pay they told me it was $20 discount per tire because that is the only mark up for them. So I guess I should have asked how much saving before buying the vehicle. Very frustrating to me. No need for me to talk to you. I will consider taking my service and future sales elsewhere. I assume all of the dealers do the same exact thing by simply saying lifetime oil changes. Not only you. One last complaint and I will stop. When I found out about this issue, I called and texted and never got a response back from either my salesperson, my finance guy, or the used car supervisor. I guess they are nice when you buy a car, but after that, no interest in discussing your issues. I’ll stop now. Thank you for listening. Tony
