Person I dealt with in service was great. I am disappointed with your business. When I purchased the vehicle I was advised “ lifetime oil changes” which was a half truth. It was true as far a I am disappointed with your business. When I purchased the vehicle I was advised “ lifetime oil changes” which was a half truth. It was true as far as the manual says, but that was never told to me when I purchased the vehicle. Might sound small to you but not to me. After 5000 miles I received a message in my vehicle saying service required. I go in and told you do not get a free oil change until 10000 miles even though my car says maintenance required. So they do a tire rotation (of only 5000 miles on the new tires) and a fuel additive for $90 or so. Especially frustrating when you find out that there is a rift between service and sales on this very issue but sales won’t say it to the customer to make it sound better to buy it. I think it foolish to not change my oil for 10000 miles regardless what the manual says. Foolish in my opinion. Why would the vehicle tell me maintenance required just for tire rotation and add something in my fuel? And sit for an hour or so? Makes me not want to go back there. Very frustrated. More
This dealership showed exactly why people hate dealing with car sales. I was given a firm offer by John Lafabregue — then out of nowhere they took it back and came back with an even worse one. He had it fixed within 10 minutes and I was gone. It was a great pleasure meeting and working with Ryan! More

I'm so happy I got to purchase my 2019 Avalon from him almost 7 years ago and now my 2026 Toyota Grand Highlander. He's one of the most professional yet down to earth people i have had the opportunity to do business with. More

Everyone gets charged a fee and the amount depends on how much your bill is... my $30 was for $200 hourly labor charge, which btw took all of 15 minutes for the work being done... More
