I had nothing but a terrible experience with the sales and service, and I’m only a customer for 2 years. 2 weeks ago I brought my car for the yearly inspection to pay my tax. It turns out I paid for the s and service, and I’m only a customer for 2 years. 2 weeks ago I brought my car for the yearly inspection to pay my tax. It turns out I paid for the service, but the dealership has never sent my information to the DMV. More to add- when I called the dealership, they stated they had no record of me passing the inspection! I have the invoice and I have to go back to the dealership to prove I’ve been there for my inspection. And to conclude the story- during my inspection they claim I never had, the service advisor recommended I changed my tires and stated the price. They took off the tires from the car and only then figured out they didn’t have the new ones in stock. So I had to wait for another 90 minutes for them to put my tires back. When the service advisor called me back to say the new tires arrived, they stated the price was almost 300 higher than what he has said originally. I hate this place. More

Latisha is awesome to work with. She is very attentive and cares about the customers. She takes the time to explain and go over things when you come in for a service appt and not jus She is very attentive and cares about the customers. Her attitude is pleasant and she is transparent in her dealings with you and that is much appreciated. It is always a pleasure to see her working when I bring my vehicle in because I feel like I matter as a customer and I'm not just another person passing through. Very poor service…Hannah does not listen to the concerns and act on it. I had asked to check tore pressure light issue and car wash to be done and she DID NOT get both this done.
